At Meta Ability Care we welcome feedback, compliments, concerns and complaints. Your feedback helps us recognise what we are doing well and identify where we can improve. You can make a complaint anonymously if you prefer. Making a complaint will not affect the supports you receive from Meta Ability Care.

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission if you would prefer not to raise your concern with us, or if you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled.

Our process
- Acknowledgement — we aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and email you a reference number.
- Assessment — we review the details and may contact you for further information.
- Resolution — we work with you toward a fair outcome and email you when it has been addressed.
- Follow-up — where appropriate, we identify improvements to prevent similar issues.
Keep your reference number. We email status updates to the address you provided, and you can also check progress below. Anonymous submissions cannot receive email updates.
